Taking part as one of the regular ‘craft and chat’ nights at the craft Studio, the evening was set up as a ‘have a go’ event with visitors able to test their hand at a pattern from the book, as well as chat to Kerry about some of the techniques used and find out about the inspiration behind the collection of woodland creatures. There was of course also chance to buy a signed copy of the book. Kerry also had a display of some of the creatures, as well as her funky Christmas cards which all feature a creature form the book in a Christmassy scene.
It was a fun and successful evening with lots of visitors to the Craft Studio, which is a fantastic venue for all things crafty. Nicky from the craft Studio was also on hand to chat about crafts and some of the other products available in her shop.
The evening was such fun that we are looking at paying another visit to the studio fro people to meet with Kerry and have a book signed. We will let you know the date(s) when we have them.
If you would like your own copy of Kerry’s book then they can be purchased either from the Craft Studio along with some of Kerry’s cards (check out https://www.thecraftstudioathilltop.com for full contact details), or direct from our online shop, or any good bookshop.
